Apartment for 4 people on two floors (ground floor and first floor) with facing north-east in the direction of Mount Ponsin and Sassolungo. Cozy and wooden furniture. The beds are supplied with linen and the kitchen has a small kit that includes garbage bags, sponge and two tea towels. The house is surrounded by meadows, ideal for families with children or for guests who bring their four-legged friend. The apartment has a garden equipped with benches, chairs, tables, gazebo and barbecue, parking space, also in the garage in winter. Ideal and central position to reach all the beautiful towns in Val di Fassa and starting point for excursions for every difficulty level. You can reach, in a few minutes on foot, the cycle path or the playground. The town of Campitello di Fassa can also be reached on foot with a nice walk of about a quarter of an hour.

The apartment is located on the first floor and consists of 2 bedrooms (1 double with satellite TV and one with 2 bunk beds), 2 bathrooms, kitchen / living room with satellite TV and a balcony on the ground floor; it also has free Wi-Fi connection, washing machine, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, oven, microwave, toaster, electric coffee maker, bicycle storage and parking space.

The apartment is about 1 km from the town of Campitello di Fassa and from the ski lifts, however the ski bus stop is only 70 meters from our house. It is the ideal starting point for comfortable walks along the valley floor.
